'FLOW STATE' AT THE HESELTINE 'FLOW STATE' An exhibition exploring the art and cultural connections between surfing and skateboarding.   Private View: Friday 16th May 2014  6 - 8pm Optional Dresscode: casual enough to paint in! For this event please use the parking facilities by the Ben Ainslie Sports Centre. Disabled parking is available at the front of the chapel. Exhibition Dates: Saturday 17th May - Saturday 14th June 2014 Gallery Opening: Monday - Friday 5-7pm, Saturdays 11am - 5pm & by appointment: 01326 210730   Reknowned names in the worlds of surf, skateboarding and graffiti, celebrate the artistic expression throughout these popular cultures of the South West.  Artists, board makers, ceramicists, photographers, & film makers include   Ben Cook,  Kevin Cooper,  Craig Bracefield, John Eldridge, Muju,   Russell O’Connor, Leo Sharp,  Mickey Smith, & Jed Stone.   & graffiti artist, Cosmic, will unveil his latest commission......the gallery staircase!  (sponsored by the Friends of Truro School)    Sam Lamiroy, Britain’s top male surfer, will open the exhibition and Cosmic will be encouraging everyone to participate in a live painting session at the Private view.
